Shri Satyanarayan Bhagwan Katha
For family peace, gratitude, prosperity, and fulfilled wishes.
About this Puja
Satyanarayan Bhagwan Katha is a puja dedicated to Lord Vishnu in his Satyanarayan form, worshipped as the Lord of truth, grace, and sustenance. It is usually done when a family wants to offer thanks, mark an important milestone, or pray for peace and prosperity at home.
The puja begins with sankalp, where the family’s names, gotra, and prayer intention are spoken clearly. Ganesh pujan is done first. After this, Satyanarayan Bhagwan is worshipped with kalash, flowers, fruits, panchamrit, lamps, and naivedya. The panditji then recites the full katha, and the family listens with devotion. Aarti and prasad follow.
Devotees choose this puja after success, recovery from difficulty, or before entering a new phase of life. It is also chosen by families who want one complete and balanced puja for wellbeing, harmony, and blessings.
